Over the past few months, we’ve been working intensively on further developing Sally to make meeting documentation even more efficient and flexible. Based on user feedback, we’ve implemented several new features that further optimize the Sally experience. Here’s an overview of the most important updates:
You can now drag and drop recorded audio and video files into Sally for automatic transcription. This feature allows you to efficiently document on-site meetings or past sessions—without the need for a meeting bot.
Sally now supports over 35 languages, providing even more flexibility for multinational teams. This significantly simplifies meeting documentation across different language contexts.
With the help of custom prompts, users can now create personalized meeting summaries. You can extract specific content from meetings and present it in a structured way within your reports.
The meeting bot can now be personalized: users can assign a custom name, logo, or design to integrate the bot seamlessly into their company’s branding.
In addition to transcripts, meeting summaries can now also be saved and reused as downloadable files. This makes it easier to archive and share relevant information with the team.
Beyond email forwarding, meeting summaries and transcripts can now be shared via a generated link—making collaboration even easier and more flexible.
A new database feature ensures clear management of all recorded and uploaded meetings. Relevant information is always easily accessible and well-organized.
Online meetings can now be manually imported into the Sally calendar. Simply paste a meeting link to flexibly integrate the session into the platform.
These new features make Sally more powerful and user-friendly than ever. More information about the updates is available directly within the platform.
