With the Dynamics 365 integration, you can transfer customer information and sales opportunities directly from Sally into your CRM – no need for manual copying. You choose which content gets synced, giving your team seamless and well-structured documentation – with zero extra effort.
1. Open your Settings in Sally.
2. Navigate to the Integrations section.
3. Click on Add and search for Dynamics 365.
4. Select Connect.
5. Enter the URL of your Dynamics 365 environment. (Make sure to enter only the main address – without subpages – for example: https://sally.crm4.dynamics.com.)
6. Log into your Dynamics 365 account.
Once the integration is active, you can easily send meeting content to Dynamics – as notes, tasks, or events.
1. Open the summary of the appointment in Sally.
2. Hover over the section you want to export to Dynamics 365.
3. Your active integration logos will appear – click on the Dynamics 365 icon.
4. Choose whether to create a task, note, or event.
5. Edit the content if needed, and link it to the appropriate lead, account, contact, opportunity, or case.
6. Click Create to save the entry in Dynamics 365.
