Asana Integration

With the Asana integration, you can turn your meeting outcomes directly into actionable tasks - no copy & paste required. This ensures that the essentials from your meetings land exactly where they belong: in your team’s workflow.

Step-by-step: How to activate the Asana integration

1. Open the Settings section in Sally.

2. Select the Integrations menu.

3. Click Add and choose Asana.

4. Log into your Asana account and authorize access.

Once connected, you can create tasks in Asana directly from your meeting content.

Create tasks directly from your meetings

1. Go to the meeting report of the relevant meeting.

2. Open the summary.

3. Hover over an meeting insight- e.g. a task or decision.

4. Click the Asana icon that appears and choose the action you want to do.

5. In the pop up window, choose where the task should be saved and which details should be included. You can create both tasks and comments. Sally automatically generates a task description - all you have to do is confirm.

This way, the right content lands in the right place in Asana.
