How do I cancel my Sally subscription?

1. Go to Settings.

2. Open the Payment tab.

‍

3. In the License section, click the three dots.

‍

4. Select Cancel subscription.

‍

‍

5. Choose a reason for cancellation and confirm.

‍

Your license will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Until then, you can continue using Sally without any limitations. After that, your account will be deactivated and no further charges will apply.

You can reactivate your account at any time.
