1. Click the Import tab on the home screen.
2. Use drag & drop to upload your file.
3. Once processed, you’ll receive a transcript and summary.

Bonus feature: Uploaded files can now be linked to calendar appointments. This allows you to easily access and edit transcripts and summaries in the context of the corresponding meeting.

2. Centralized Storage for Meeting Recordings

We’ve introduced a personal recording database where all your content is stored—whether it was created by a bot or uploaded manually. You can now view, organize, and access all recordings anytime in one central place, making your meeting documentation much easier to manage.

3. Multilingual Transcription

Sally now supports transcription in over 35 languages. Whether your team operates internationally or you host meetings in multiple languages, you’ll get accurate transcripts every time.

5. Try Sally Without an Account

You can now test Sally without signing up! Just invite Sally to your meeting by adding the email address invite@sally.de to your calendar invite. Sally will join the meeting and deliver a transcript—no account required.

Here’s how it works:

1. Copy the email address: invite@sally.de
2. Add it as a guest to your Outlook or Gmail meeting invite.
3. You’ll receive a confirmation email, and Sally will attend as a meeting participant.
